Academic Term Rental Details (Sept – May)

We welcome academic-year rentals for faculty, staff, and graduate students, as well as well-qualified undergraduate students. Our goal is to provide you with a clean & safe home to enjoy for the school year, and to be upfront and transparent about costs of the rental.

Monthly rent is $1,160 per bedroom

Semester-Based Billing: Payments are aligned with your academic calendar and paid by the semester through our modern and convenient e-billing platform. Leases are paid through free ACH transfer (e-check) and all lease documents can be signed electronically.

Lease includes standard water and sewer services, high speed WiFi/internet (Cox Internet 1 gb service) via whole house mesh system, weekly trash collection & recycling (in-yard service -- no trash cans to haul!), and monthly professional cleaning of the common areas.
Tenants are responsible for natural gas and electricity during the lease term.
Tenants are responsible for snow removal.

All leases require:

Co-signer (typically a parent/guardian)

Background/credit check for each renter and each co-signer at the time of lease application ($49 each)

Renters insurance for each renter (estimated at $16 per month). This provides protection for your personal property & liability coverage.
